Your responsibilities: you agree to provide accurate information, to give our team safe access to the site at the agreed time, and to inform us in advance of any special requirements, hazards or access restrictions.
Rescheduling and cancellation: you may reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment by contacting us as early as possible. Home Mix may reschedule in case of force majeure or safety concerns and will notify you promptly.
Quality and liability: we deliver our services with professional care and in line with the agreed scope. Please report any concern within 48 hours of completion so we can address it. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where the law provides otherwise.
